Mr. Ercole Comerio in 1873, after completing his primary school studies, found employment as a worker at CANTONI KRUMM at that time the most important mechanical company in the area. In 1885 he married Teresa Marcora from Busto Arsizio and decided to set up his own business by opening the individual company Officina Meccanica Comerio Ercole fu Melchiorre. The story started accordingly.

This month, we were delighted to welcome back our engineer, Ago, who leads Service operations in India. His visit to Italy is an essential opportunity to review updates, share our latest innovations, and plan for the future together. With his deep knowledge of production processes and local needs, Ago represents a crucial link between our global expertise and local support. By combining his experience with our Italian team’s know-how, we ensure comprehensive, tailored service, from maintenance to training, no matter where our clients are.

COMERIO ERCOLE, based on 2023 first release of the HERCULES40® digital IoT platform filed, has just released the innovative SMART HERCULES® brand new platform implemented with artificial intelligence (AI) data acquisition and having a specific additional attention to sustainability matters, including Corporate Sustainability Reporting CSRD regulation.
The new digital platform SMART HERCULES® is granting all end-users a data-driven analysis tool for a continuous improvement of production process, including energy consumption optimization, as well as added value after sales services.
Thanks to advanced techniques of big data analysis and machine learning, processes and instrumentation raw data present on COMERIO ERCOLE machines and plants are transformed into smart data which became part of strategic information available to Plant Operation, Maintenance & Sustainability Management.
With the digital platform SMART HERCULES®, COMERIO ERCOLE improves again web connected machines through remote high-level services. All this applying a Lean 4.0 approach in order to make informed, data-driven decision. In such a scenario, digital tools allow to support continuous improvement and reducing waste.
A further PLUS PACKAGE “AI QUALITY TOOL” based on Artificial Neural Networks (AI) data acquisition is developed on the base of a anomaly detection algorithms that allow to anticipate machine downtime before they happen as well as to obtain for each production cycle the health status of each component.
