The high-performance ETP® plant represents a patented technology for recycling rubber derived from end-of-life tires or scraps from technical articles. With a single-screw extruder and a patented mixing chamber, the system ensures perfect homogenization of the rubber with a thermoplastic matrix, without thermal alterations.

The BABYMILLS® MGS® are designed for a 100% rework of non-vulcanized rubber scraps, reducing environmental impact and ensuring an efficient production cycle. The REWTIRE® system, developed in partnership with a qualified partner, is another innovation. This compact system allows to rework tire production scraps without stopping the production and without adding raw materials, offering a great energy efficiency.
